Classes are offered on fire safety and injury prevention for residents of all ages. Active education programs are:
- Grades kindergarten-fifth at Grandview Heights elementary schools
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) courses for high school students
- Fire and Home Safety for senior citizens
The Public Education Bureau provides classes on making a fire-safe home and fire-safe behavior for people of all ages. The Division of Fire conducts display booths at local events, participates in Safety Town, and offers community CPR classes at the library.
