The Finance Department is responsible for:
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Cost accounting
  • Annual budget and financial reports
  • Audit reporting
  • Investments in compliance with the Ohio Revised Code

This department also administers:
  • City payroll
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Contract with Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) to provide city income tax collection
